Police car rushes through intersection and t-bones a van

This happened in Winnipeg July 13,2019 corner of Aberdeen Ave&Salter St

Luckily,no one is seriously injured.

Even if the officers were responding to an emergency they have a lot of explaining to do if their lights and siren were not on. They don't appear to be in the video.
